The calls to re-issue Screw magazine in-print were so great, we decided to resume the print edition as of November 2022 after a 15-year hiatus…

When you logon to the Internet, whether it’s to message a friend, read the news or watch porn, someone somewhere is always watching. Someone somewhere is taking notes of what you’re doing, what you’re watching, what you’re saying. Everything you do online today— EVERYTHING — is now monitored, tracked and metered for someone’s benefit, perhaps even to your own detriment. There was a time when we only worried about the government being in our bedrooms, today, however, it’s not just our government, it’s China and every other country, and Apple, and Google, and Facebook, and Twitter, and TiKTok, and myriad other apps and marketing companies and data harvesters and hackers and scammers and malware people and more…

There is no such thing as PRIVACY on the Internet.

Today, printed matter — newspapers, magazines, and even books — are more important than ever. You can walk in to any grocery store, newsstand, bookstore, or library, and pick up a newspaper or magazine, and read it completely anonymously. You can rest assured no one is tracking what you’re reading, or the parts you like or don’t like.
